Do you need support? Create a support ticket
If you can't find your answer in the frequently asked questions or if you need support, please ask our support team. You will need to make a ticket to ask your question. After you have created a ticket you will receive a confirmation email. One of our employees will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

When a ticket is created you can check its development to current events. If your ticket has been created you can still add comments or a file. So you can add something to your question, when something comes to mind.
